Arianna Huffington

Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington, a Greek American businesswoman and syndicated journalist is an author. She co-founded The Huffington Post the founder and chief executive officer of Thrive Global and the author of fifteen books. Arianna Huffington has worked as a TV host, journalist as well as a philanthropist, author and journalist for over ten years. She is also the founder of The Huffington Post, an free-of-cost online news magazine. She was born in Greece and relocated to England when she was sixteen. At Cambridge University, she graduated with an MA in Economics. At 21 she became president of the renowned debate society The Cambridge Union' and was the first non-native student to do so. A conservative syndicated blogger following her graduation, she was able to be the voice of Huffington Post. Her fame helped to attract several famous contributors who shared their thoughts on news as well as politics and culture. Arianna was famous when she decided to stand as an independent Candidate in the California Recall Election to replace the former governor Davis. Additionally, she led the Detroit Project to develop fuel efficient cars. Her name was voted as the most Popular Women in Media in 2009 by Forbes in 2009, and was awarded the 12th place in the list. In the same year Guardian named her on the Top 100 Media List. AOL, Inc. made her the President of their media group in 2011, after they purchased The Huffington Post. The Huffington Post also included additional AOL brands, including Engadget AOLmusic Style list or Patch Media. Elli Stasinopoulos is a daughter born to Konstantinos the manager's advisor as well as a journalist. Although she had a close relationship with her mother and father, it was their bond which shaped her. Even during her formative years, she exhibited leadership skills for which her name is still well-known. When she was 16 years old, she moved over in England in the United Kingdom for her higher education. In Girton College Cambridge. In her time at college, she joined the college debating society Cambridge Union where she became the third foreign, and first female president. In 1972, she earned a master's degree in Economics. Following after graduation she became a critic columnist and television host. She was a guest on Bernard Levin on an edition Face the music, and she started writing the books she wrote with Bernard Levin's aid.
